About it: medium intensity, sweetish, sharp and distinctive; reminiscent of dried mushrooms, stock cube, curry, licorice, caramel, wet wood.
Where to find it: often with its inseparable aperitif companion the Fiore Sardo DOP or a more jaunty fresh caciotta.
