WHAT IT IS AND USE: Royal jelly is a product of animal origin, secreted exclusively by nurse worker bees, then between the age of 5 and 14 days of adult life, as a secretion of certain glands located on their heads. It is a light yellow substance of a protein nature, with a characteristic odor and a sour-sugar taste, the production of which is a consequence of pollen supernourishment by bees. Royal jelly is recognized for its rejuvenating effects on the human body. Taken orally for 1 to 2 months, allowing it time to melt under the tongue in doses of 500 to 1000 mg per day, it acts as a tonic and stimulant. Intake is usually associated with a sense of general well-being, that is, it has a positive effect with regard to physical and intellectual performance (increased resistance to fatigue, improved memorization ability) and on their mental state (sense of well-being and euphoria). The most’ valuable component of royal jelly is 10-hydroxydecenoic acid, a fat that exerts antibacterial and antitumor activity.
Royal jelly is used to fortify the body at special times, such as seasonal changes, before an exam, at times of fatigue, fatigue, and lack of appetite.
METHOD OF USE: The dose is about one scoop (0.5-1 g) dissolved under the tongue.
