About it: Of medium intensity. Predominantly hints of fruitiness (processed fruits) and caramel, the delicacy and enveloping taste intoxicate the senses with an understanding note aromatics reminiscent of licorice. Quite persistent on the palate.
Where to find it: frequently at restaurants in interesting dinners with a longtime friend-the Brie.
